Spartak E-Foil Rentals Waiver & Participation Agreement
Before participating in any Spartak E-Foil activity, all participants are required to review and complete a liability waiver.
Participation in E-Foil activities involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, water hazards, weather conditions, equipment malfunction, and physical exertion.
All participants must follow instructor directions and wear required safety equipment.
A complete waiver and electronic signature process will be required before participation.
